Each of our breads are baked with our age-old natural sourdough starter and fermented for up to 48 hours to harvest the full integrity of the grain.
We long ferment our doughs this way to bring you the best and most nutritious breads we can because we care about flavor and we care about health.
Our breads are available Tuesday through Saturday at our Downtown location as well as several fine locations in Sioux Falls.
Each week we feature a Baker's Choice bread available only at our downtown bakery. Stop in for our Toast, Coffee, or fine Sandwiches served on our signature breads fresh from the oven.
